Sigma Technologies has been a partner from early on, providing valuable assistance on the development of deposition equipment and technology to advance the work at Excellatron.
National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) has been a partner in Excellatron's effort on developing high rate deposition process (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) for thin film batteries.
