Excellatron has set up a pilot line for prodution of thin film batteries. The multiple in-line deposition systems are capable of producing 10,000 cells/month in the current configuration. It also possesses a large scale web coating system with a web width of ~ 40" for continuous deposition. The combination of the inline system and continuous web coating system will enable Excellatron to produce more than 100,000 cells/month. |
